Why does Ascent Advising exist?At Ascent, we catalyze success. Success is often inappropriately defined narrowly, monolithically, one-size-fits-all. But in fact success is different for everyone and every organization. This is one of the reasons that success is often so elusive; people and organizations spend their existence chasing someone else’s definition of success. If they achieve this definition of success, they only find that destination filled with disappointment. While the work of Ascent Advising is varied and diverse, it all aims at working with our clients to define and achieve your successes. What we do is constructive, helpful, needed, even vital, but we don’t define success for our clients, we assist you in doing so. We work with our clients to create mutual understanding of issues, to explore opportunities, to identify direction, even to reveal dreams. Then we help them make it all happen. In other words, we catalyze success.
